Throwdown Primer 11/6 – Exclusive Sneak Peak at Tonight’s Game Boosts!

The Battle For Ohio is tonight, and it features two teams that have been fighting to stay on the playoff trajectory. Both teams need this game, which makes it that much more likely we are going to have a great game on our hands.

Here is an exclusive sneak peak at tonight’s game boosts and how they might factor in. Check back every week as the Huddle team has worked with the site to give you the goods on the Throwdowns before anyone else!

For the first time since week one – a new level of boost is going to be introduced at 7x, which will revert to 3x when the game is over. This shouldnt come as surprise with the increasing boosts being readily available through packs. Im interested to see how this plays out.

AJ Green – CIN 7x

Although he has been banged up these last few weeks, Green should be in a spot to continue getting the bulk of the looks at WR, especially in the red zone. Although the Browns defense has been a big reason why they have exceeded expectations, Green is one of the best in the league. As he gets healthier, the deep balls will also come back his way.

Verdict: Vital Piece

Mohammed Sanu – CIN 7x

I think that with Green’s absence over the last few weeks, Sanu has come out as a really good receiver to continue getting targets from Dalton. He can also throw the ball, which Cincy uses here and there, but as a deep threat, he might be one of the better guys in the game (averages 15.2 yards per catch). If Green continues to struggle coming back from an injury, this is the guy to watch. He doesnt have any other cards available, so this should be one to get.

Verdict: Worth Picking Up

Brian Hoyer – CLE 7x

Everyone, including me, thought Manziel would be starting the season. Instead, Hoyer has played very well, with 1700+ yards and very few turnovers. If the Browns can figure out a way to get past the Bengals linebackers and strong defensive line, Cincy’s corners and d-backfield arent amazing. Andrew Hawkins is a target to watch.

Verdict: Vital Piece

Ben Tate – CLE 7x

To be honest, the Browns have a relative vacuum in offensive talent that deserve the attention of these types of cards. Tate has been doing better than expected, but only has 305 yards on the year because of injury. 3TDs isnt bad for the time he has been active, but he will need to pick it up, and the Bengals have a good rush defense.

Verdict: Low Priority

Honorable Mentions:

Jeremy Hill – This is one of those games where I wish huddle gave out three for one team and one for the other. Hill has been on a roll as of late. Blue boost is a big target to pick up for tonight.

Andrew Hawkins – He has been the one guy that Cleveland has used to replace a fraction of what Josh Gordon left behind.
